NYKA Basics

[NYKA]

1.Engine Pak - Spec Clone engine pak as supplied by NYKA.
The engine is inspected and sealed for NYKA racing.
Any signs of tampering with the seal are grounds for disqualification.
Spare engine/carb also requires inspection and registration.

2.Tires - Hoosier R80 11 X 6.00 x 5 (supplied by NYKA) -  (4 places).
Cleaning tires is allowed - Simple Green or soap and water ONLY
NYKA.US logo MUST remain intact - Absolutely NO tire prep or prep cleaners

3.Body Work - CIK Perimeter body work required.
Rear bumper and side pods width minimum 48 inches - maximum 50 inches

4.Rear Axle - Maximum diameter 1.250 inches

5.Tread Width - Minimum - 42 inches ...  Maximum - 48 inches

Additional notes :
Chassis - Made in the USA, inspected and approved by NYKA
Rims - Douglas width 6.5" - (4 places)
Clutch - Max Torque #SS1234 (12t thru 15t) any stock spring - no modifications
Sprocket Guard -Plastic only - No metal or carbon fiber
Fuel - Regular Gas - NO ADDITIVES
Crankcase oil - NO ADDITIVES
Catch Can must be translucent, so oil level can easily be seen.
Recoil Starter ONLY - NO electric starters

 Will result in loss of 4 top point races!!!
